praise & pray for Joe (CHI)

a particular tough nut met @ JoJo's, came to our passover lunch, the Jesus film, English corners, SNS's, talked with in greater length today about himself & the gospel ... he sounds very empty, he likes doing nothing, has no hobbies, no favorite topics of conversation, no interests, no reason for living.

and he likes to rationalise his sin! :|

doesn't that break your heart? think of how it must break our Father's heart on an infinite scale!!
:D PRAISE! :D
:D Jesus' specialty is in breaking through "tough nuts"!
(evidence: Acts 8- case in point!)
:D He is mighty, willing & able to save "tough nuts"!

*pray*
* break through Joe's dead heart of stone.
* reveal Christ to Joe so he might see sin as seriously sinful, wicked, vile & filthy & cause him to flee to The Saviour before God's wrath comes (in a little while .. soon and very soon!
* send people into Joe's life who would reach into his empty life & fill it with The Only Living Water & Bread of Life that satisfies!
* have mercy on Joe & send him back to China an eternally-changed soul, to join the missionary force He's raising up there!
