:D because of all Jesus has done [carrying our sins& bearing the full-force of His Father's fury] . . .
God forgets sins!!
SEE!! He said so Himself:
They will no longer go around setting up schools to teach each other about GOD. They'll know me firsthand, the dull and the bright, the smart and the slow. I'll wipe the slate clean for each of them. I'll forget they ever sinned!" GOD's Decree. Jer 31:34 (TMSG)
:D we can know God firsthand!!
:D even the dull & slow can know God!
:D He wipes our record clean!
* help us to forget our sins & stop reminding our Lord about them when He's already decreed them as forgotten!
* CRUCIFY our flesh with it's passions & desires so we can live a Galatians 5:24,25 life!
Among those who belong to Christ, everything connected with getting our own way and mindlessly responding to what everyone else calls necessities is killed off for good--crucified.
Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives.
we are so weak ..
our God is SO STRONG!
