:D giving us such a beautiful time in such a beautiful place to be touched & refreshed by our beautiful Saviour!!
:D even though i was eaten alive by mosquitoes, i'm not dying from itchiness :)
i was "on the mountaintop" physically & spiritually the last 2 days & nights .. then i came crashing down into the valley .. [spiritually] :(
- it's incredibly humbling to be reminded for the 77654766987653754487 time *how much* i suck when it comes to really choosing to love Jesus vs. succumbing 2 the dumbest temptations :"(
*sigh*
. . . i'm truly looking forward to The Day when I'm saved from sin's presence in my body, when i'll be too swept up in worshipping the stunning, glorious beauty of my Saviour King-Lover!!!
. . . why can't i worship Him like that now?! :"(
impatient me :|
how easy it is for me to forget that in His awesome wisdom & control, He's using the enemy of our souls, even ourselves at our very worst, to work something more glorious & amazing than we could ever imagine! [perfect example: the cross!
- mankind at their worst, killing their Creator, was turned around to work salvation for all who'd leave themselves & their efforts & throw their full weight of confidence on Jesus Christ!
*PRAY** we'd not let "serving" & "ministry" crowd out our worship of Him! - faith & worship must ALWAYS HAVE PRIORITY OVER WORK"
* keep us daily sitting at Jesus' feet to do the 'One Thing That's Necessary'
[see Luke 10:39-42!]
* keep us prayer-FULL in all our lives!!
* maintain passion & intimacy for Himself in our busy & mundane lives!
* we'd not lose focus of Him in our service of Him!
* guard us from being so oncerned with doing things for Him we forget about our need to hear Him & remember what He's done for us. -- [John MacArthur]
* STILL NO REVELATION as to whther i ought to keep going in this ministry or not.
please pray!
* i stay sensitive to HIs Spirit!
