“So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”Exodus 3:10
Don’t we wish God’s direction came this clearly all the time! Though Moses was a reluctant servant of God, it was clear what the Almighty One wanted him to do. Sometimes God’s direction comes in subtle ways that we don’t expect or understand. From today’s reading, we learn about Earl Dix whom God directed through a series of circumstances that at first appeared to be misunderstandings. Earl was open to these events being God’s direction. In answer to Dix’s prayer, God provided him with the financial support he needed as a way of confirming his call to Africa.
Pray for a willing heart to obey God no matter what the circumstances.
.. i'm also praying about joining a trip to encourage persecuted siblings in Jesus with open doors. [see http://www.opendoors.org.au/page/241/travel] .. main concern is my health :| please pray with me to follow Him no matter what the circumstances!
~thanks~
