we had a good time catching up on Monday~! [he took a train all the way from the Gold Cosat to meet~!]
wow.. it was sad to hear of the crises he & his 'homestay mum' have been going through . . .
humans are so wicked :"(
- yet i think of how often Father uses crises in life as instrumental to bring lost sons & daughters back Home! :D
he said he's lost is standard in life - like his life has no more foundation.
:D thank God He reminded me to share the story of the foolish & wise builder - pointing to The Only Sure foundation to build life on is hearing & doing Jesus' Words~!
and through these crises -
:D both he & his homestay mum have started going to church & see their need to believe in God!
-- though this may seem like a positive step, from what i've heard from many Koreans is that 'church' connects people to a religious machine rather than to a Living Relationship with Jesus :"(
. .. he seems closer to 'becoming Christian' but has doubts.

do pray with me that his troubled soul will move from building his life on sand to building it on 'The Solid Rock' of Jesus Christ!
.. he really wants to get Permanent Residency here but keeps coming up with obstacles... so he might be leaving by the end of this year . ..

what a privilege to just be his friend & point him to Jesus amidst his crisis!
