so i called optus customer care & talked to Cheryl then Vinit who told me i could get my credit / most of my bonus free time back as a courtesy :) praise God for favor with them!

i should do this more with strangers i talk to on the phone -- at the end of most customer service calls they ask "is there anything else i could do for you today?" i tell them that i have an important message to share with them & tell them to check out this web page when they have time (i should leave out that last bit & be more urgent about it!) - www.fathersloveletter.com which is translated to many languages which is perfect as most strangers i talk to are from all different parts of the world!

* Cheryl & Vinit's souls be drawn [deeper] into Fathers' love & this would be highly contagious to all around them!!
why not share this (or your own favorite evangelistic website) with those strangers Father brings you into contact with? on the internet / phone etc?!
