praise & pray for Dongjun (KOR)

had him in my group on Tuesday, being quite "fresh" to Brisbane i should've got his phone #, but didn't. :(

prayed for another opportunity to meet him, & he was at conversation corner yesterday!

thank God :)

invited him to dinner with us afterwards, i urned my back & he was gone!! :(

we finished dinner, hanging around outside the bargain food court ($2.50 lunchboxes @ closing time! ;)

... guess who comes along? Dongjun!! :D

so this time i didn't waste any time & got him to put his phone # in my phone .. as he lived out my way (kinda) got on the bus with him [free trip! - God bless stuffed up ticket machines!!] & in the course of conversation things quite naturally (!!) turned to the gospel!

it felt like so long since i last really shared the gospel with anyone (2 days ago?! :p) ... but EVERYTIME i do, i'm reminded of every good thing we have in Christ .. TO SHARE WITH THOSE WHO ARE YET TO HAVE IT!!

... sharing the gospel scary & hard ?. . . NO WAY!!! THIS IS THE BEST NEWS IN THE UNIVERSE!!!

:D Jesus seeks & saves the lost .. and chooses to use frail, weak, common vessels like you & me!

:D the opportunity to get to know Dongjun more & share the gospel with him while he's still quite "fresh" to Brisbane! ;D

:D giving Dongjun understanding of the gospel as i shared!

*PRAY*

* Christ manifest His victory & preemimence over every obstacle hindering Dongjun from coming to Jesus in repentance & faith!

* reveal Christ as INFINITELY desirable & INFINITELY satisfying to Dongjun, bringing him to True Repentance & Faith before it's too late!

* we'd see Dongjun in heaven worshipping The Lamb because He's Worthy!! along with others there because he in turn passed on this gospel & didn't keep it to himself!

* have mercy on Dongjun, work supernaturally in his heart to forsake sin, follow Jesus, the Son of God in a life of faith! & not let him waste his life giving glory to any other than The One who made him & gave His life for him!

* bring more Divine Appointments his way throughout his life to help open his blind eyes, unstop his deaf ears & enliven his dead heart to receive True Life!

* provide him with a job here that will go towards the ends prayed for above :)
