after a good nights' rest [felt SO loved!! --
"Don't you know he enjoys giving rest to those He loves? Psalms 127:2b]
talking to Papa about the burden He's placed on my heart for those precious muslim souls we met so trapped in the darkness of the enemy's deception.
I sat outside lifting my eyes up to the morning sun. so bright is the glory of the sun that even with my eyes shut tightly its light still shone through!
it was like Papa was telling me, "my child, notice how you try to blind yourself to the glory of the sun but it still penetrates through your closed eyes --
how much brighter & impenetrable will be The Glory of My Son by whom I created the sun?"
. . . WOW!!
how foolish & short-sighted I was to feel down-hearted about the blindness that seeemed so heavy upon many muslim souls.
yet,
THE STARK-BLINDING REALITY IS:that no matter how "blinded" & in blatant denial of Jesus as The Very Son of God they may be,
nothing, nothing, absolutely NOTHING is going to stop His glory from shining through!
"After these things I looked, and there was a large crowd that no one was able to count! They were from every nation, tribe, people, and language. They were standing in front of the throne and the lamb and were wearing white robes, with palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, "Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the lamb!" All the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell on their faces in front of the throne and worshiped God, saying, "Amen! Praise, glory, wisdom, thanks, honor, power, and strength be to our God forever and ever! Amen!" Rev 7:9-12:D PRAISE! :D
:D man's hard-heartedness is not ultimate: His glory will triumph in the end!
:D there will be multitudes from every "muslim" people group gathered before the throne to
worship Jesus!:D not even the efforts of the god of this world to blind the minds of unbelievers (2 Corinthians 4:4) will prevail: the light of the gospel of the glory of Jesus Christ, The Son of God, will triumph in the end!
*pray*
* we'd live lives that hasten the time that will surely be, when
"the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of God as the waters cover the sea! Habakkuk 2:14)
* make our lives such bright reflectors of The Glory of The Son of God that knowledge of Him will penetrate even the blindest of eyes & hardest of hearts!
