pray for the unreached!!

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:37


That is just what the CIM was doing! What a time to ask! There was a major depression worldwide, curtailing donations. China was a very dangerous land to work at that time. But the harvest was ripe! Looking back at this time period, we notice that efforts of such missionaries later resulted in a strong, growing Chinese Church that is now sending workers to other fields.

Pray that in today’s depressed economy, that people will first consider God’s purposes and be encouraged when they think of the potential harvest.
