look at the moon . . . I wanna be just like that ^__^ (i.e. brightly reflecting a glory not my own, simply faithfully reflecting His light to all =)-- i'm not an awfully faithfully bright reflector tho :"(please REJOICE with me & pray for me!!

:D graciously exposing & destroying the idols in my life - so many "good" things, blessings from Him that I've horribly turned into a subtle idol, robbing me of time, energy, devotion & focus that He deserves EXCLUSIVELY!
:D constantly calling me to come away from all the "noise" & activity to be alone with Him!
:D His love never fails!!
:D His Word & promise never fails!! "Know this with all your heart, with everything in you, that not one detail has failed of all the good things GOD, your God, promised you. It has all happened. nothing's left undone--not so much as a word." [Joshua 23:14b]
:D nothing, nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING can change my status before The Living, Perfect & Holy God Almighty: Forgiven, Guiltless, Perfect, Righteous, Blameless, & Spotless in Christ Jesus His Son!!
:D my advocate before God is MIGHTIER than my accuser!
:D my feelings don't change the eternal reality of my justified standing before God!
:D the miracle of every breath i breathe, always witnessing the glorious mystery of grace!!
:D continually taking away any reasons i'd have to be proud (my worst enemy!] & giving me much reason to be humble [my best friend] !!
:D daily revealing beautifully fresh new facets of the unsearchable depths of His mercy & grace to me!

* please pray 1Thess 5:23-24 for me: May the God of peace himself make you holy in every way. And may your whole being-spirit, soul, and body-be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The One who calls you is faithful, and He will do this.
* in all things Christ would increase, and i would decrease!
* His Holy Fire would burn away my desire for anything not of Him & of me, wanting Him ONLY & none of me, to empty me of self & fill me with HImself!
* i'd keep giving Papa my scars, my past, my fears & let Him lift me up on His shoulders!
* i'd stop living in fear & in the scars of the past & daily walk on IN GRACE!!
Lord, grant me never to lose sight of:
the exceeding sinfulness of sin,
the exceeding righteousness of salvation,
the exceeding glory of Christ,
the exceeding beauty of holiness,
and the exceeding wonder of grace

* keep exposing any idols my heart is prone to wander after, that they might be destroyed & He not be robbed of any glory & devotion He deserves EXCLUSIVELY!
* i'd unlearn the LIES i've believed in & held onto for FAR TOO LONG [eg i'm not worthy of anyone's love, especially God's!]
* i'd hold onto, avail myself to & never let go of the promises of God whatever happens!
* keep me standing close to the cross every moment of every day to cultivate/strengthen my greatest friend, humility, and weaken/kill my greatest enemy, pride!
* guard my purity - i fall far too often =( [but it's really not all about my standing or falling is it?!] ;)
* i'd daily declare war on pride & gladly declare my weakness & desperate need for total dependence on God's AMAZING GRACE!
* i'd not lose sight of the seriousness of the very real unseen war raging on around us & stay ALERT for the souls of those around me & myself!!
* i'd use every temptation to sin as an opportunity to prove my love for Jesus by keeping His commandments! "The person who has my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I, too, will love him and reveal myself to him." (John 14:21)
* i'd reply the devil's accusations with GOSPEL TRUTH!! Micah 7:8-9!
