Taught How to Live
Treat every minute of your life as though it was your last, because one day it will be. Remind yourself of that scary fact at the break of every day. A great preacher said we can be taught to live by remembering that we have to die. Always remember that the wisest thing you can do with your time is to seek and save the lost. You have to seek them. Rarely will they come to you. When you talk to them, be as gentle as a dove and as stubborn as a mule. Be loving, kind, gentle, but obstinately uncompromising when it comes to the issue of sin. Tell them that the Moral Law will be God's standard of judgement on Judgment Day, and that God isn't willing for them to perish. Then preach the incredible love of God in Christ. There goes another minute. Gone forever. Go share your faith while you still have time.
